    Banana Split Smoothie 


    Ingredients 
    1 1/2 cups chocolate milk
    1 large frozen banana
    1 cup frozen strawberries

    Procedure
    In blender or food processor, purée together milk and frozen fruits  until smooth. Pour into tall glasses. Serve immediately.

    Serving: 2 - 3



    Fresh Pina Colada Smoothie

    This pina colada smoothie recipe uses fresh fruit and juices to accomplish the pina colada taste.

    Ingredients
    1 cup pineapples(fresh or canned)
    1 cup coconut meat
    1 banana
    1/2 cup coconut juice
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 cup ice

    Procedure

    Start by blending the juices with the banana until lightly slush. Add the coconut, pineapple and ice and blend until smooth and fruit pieces are in small, edible pieces. Amounts of fruit juices can be changed according to preference. Pour in glasses and enjoy.

    Strawberry Banana Supreme Smoothie Recipe

    Ingredients 
    1 cup strawberry nectar or apple juice
    1 cup milk
    1 frozen banana
    1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
    1 cup strawberry yogurt

    Procedure
    Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender. Add all frozen ingredients. Blend at MIX setting for 30 seconds then blend at SMOOTH setting until smooth. While the machine is running, move the stir stick around counter-clockwise to aid mixing. Serve immediately.

    Serving: 3 - 5


     

    Lemon Louie Smoothie Recipe

    Ingredients
    2 cups lemonade
    1 cup lemon yogurt
    1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
    1 cup pineapple sherbet

    Procedure
    Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender then add all frozen ingredients. Blend at MIX setting for 30 seconds then blend at SMOOTH setting until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Serving: 3 - 5
